Summit Health SolutionsLab Analyzer · Practitioner

Welcome. Let's start with you.

Your lab numbers only tell part of the story. These questions about your body, activity, sleep, stress and symptoms let the report set your calorie and protein targets and decide which results matter most for you. It takes about 5 minutes.

Everything you enter stays on this device. Your answers and lab results are never uploaded or sent anywhere unless you choose to send them to Dr. Kennington at the end.

What you'll get

Your labs

The easiest way is to click Import lab report above and drop in the PDF from your lab. You can also type results into the boxes below. Leave anything you didn't have tested blank; the report will suggest which tests would be worth adding next time.

Please check the acknowledgment box before viewing, printing or saving your report.
In the print window choose “Save as PDF”, paper size Letter, and turn on “Background graphics”.

Your report and plan are ready

Check the box above to view and print them.

For you only. This tab never appears in the patient PDF. It suggests a food-first plan and supplements from the markers outside optimal, and drafts an email you can edit and copy.

Supplement line

Untick any product to leave it out of the email. Doses follow each manufacturer's label where it is published; “as directed on the label” means check the bottle.

My ranges

These are the default standard and optimal ranges for a female patient (switch sex on the Enter results tab). Change any number and it is saved in this browser as your default. Ranges printed on an imported lab report still replace the standard range for that patient when that box is checked.
