Member vs. non-member

What membership changes

Members pay less on every lab panel, and check-ins, the 3-month comparison review and questions between visits are included in the monthly fee.

Panel prices include the laboratory’s fee plus my results review and written plan. Lab costs for other panels vary. Lab fees are not included in the $149 monthly membership. Prices current as of September 2026.

Signing up

How to join

  1. Book your enrollment

    Click Become a Member and book a Membership Enrollment time through my secure Jane booking site.

  2. Review & sign

    You’ll receive the Membership Agreement. Read it, initial the key terms, e-sign it and save a card on file.

  3. I activate your membership

    I confirm your signed agreement and start your membership. Your first $149 charge happens on activation.

  4. Order labs & get started

    I send your lab order at member pricing. Please don’t order labs from my online store before joining; member pricing only applies to lab orders I send you. When results are in, we do your 30-minute review.

Membership terms at a glance

Automatic renewal: Your membership is $149 per month and renews automatically each month, charged to your card on file, until you cancel. You commit to a minimum of three (3) consecutive monthly payments ($447 total). After your third payment, you may cancel at any time by emailing mark@drkennington.com at least 7 days before your next billing date.
BillingCharged through Jane Payments on your activation date and the same date each month after that.
3-month minimumThe minimum can’t be paused, skipped or split across non-consecutive months. If you end early, the remaining minimum-term payments are still due.
CancellingAfter the minimum, cancel anytime by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. No refunds for partial months or unused services.
Labs are not includedLab panels are ordered and paid for separately. Members pay a reduced review fee on every panel. Your 3-month comparison review is included; additional lab reviews are $145 for members. Lab fees are non-refundable once a sample is processed.
SupplementsSupplement purchases are separate. If you buy through my Fullscript dispensary, Summit Health Solutions earns revenue from those sales. You’re never required to buy from me.
Not insuranceThis membership is not health insurance and doesn’t replace your primary care provider. HSA/FSA eligibility isn’t guaranteed; check with your plan.
Messaging is not for emergenciesMessages are for non-urgent questions, answered within 2 business days. In an emergency, call 911.
Unused visitsIncluded visits don’t roll over month to month and have no cash value.

Questions

What does the 3-month minimum mean?

You agree to three consecutive monthly payments of $149 ($447 total), starting when your membership is activated. After your third payment, you can cancel anytime by email with at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

Are labs included in the $149?

No. Lab panels are ordered and paid for separately. If you’re planning to join, sign up first and I’ll send your lab order with member pricing; labs bought from my online store are at regular prices and can’t be discounted afterward. As a member you pay a lower price on every panel: $150 less on the Comprehensive Men’s or Women’s panel and $25 less on smaller panels like Metabolic.

How do I cancel?

After your first three payments, email mark@drkennington.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. Your membership ends at the end of that billing month.

Can I pause my membership?

Memberships can’t be paused. You can cancel after the minimum and rejoin later; rejoining starts a new membership under the terms in effect at that time.

How fast will you answer my messages?

Within 2 business days for non-urgent questions. Messaging isn’t for emergencies; call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Is this health insurance? Can I use my HSA/FSA?

It’s not insurance and doesn’t replace your primary care provider. HSA/FSA eligibility depends on your plan; check with your plan administrator.

Do I have to buy supplements from you?

No. If you choose to buy through my Fullscript dispensary, members get 10% off, and Summit Health Solutions earns revenue from those sales. You can buy supplements anywhere.
